Meridian Design & Engineering is a Melbourne-based commercial development consultancy specialising in the planning, design, engineering, and delivery of commercial and mixed-use projects across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. Founded by Dr Muthu Pannirselvam — a chemical and civil engineer, former academic, and experienced property developer — Meridian has grown from a hands-on project management practice into a fully integrated consultancy capable of taking commercial developments from initial feasibility through to construction and completion.
